Jimmy and his team are without a doubt the best AV and production team in Atlanta. They are so professional and flexible and amazing to work with. Never in my life have I moved a meeting from one location to another during a lunch hour but I did for a recent event and Jimmy and team couldn’t have been more accommodating and helpful! Amazing equipment, technology, service and people. Use them!

We hired Jimmy and his team to work a 400 person event for Emory Department of Neurology. Everyone on the team was professional and easy to work with both before and during the event! EEP Events provided a podium, stage backdrop, mic packs, speakers, two presentation screens, a confidence marker/screen, and a recording of our entire event. Everything was seamless. So happy we chose to work with the team and hope to do it again. Highly recommend!

I had a fantastic experience with EEP Events for our recent corporate quarterly meeting. The owner was incredibly responsive from the start, quickly providing an estimate and scheduling a site visit to make sure we had the right equipment. On the day of the event, they arrived right on time and set up the screen, projector, and audio system efficiently. Their team was kind, flexible, and easy to work with. This is the third year in a row that EEP Events has provided A/V for our casino fundraising event. And, there is a reason we keep coming back! Jimmy works well with our emcee/auctioneer to keep things seamless. He and his staff work with us in advance to plan our all of our A/V needs, make sure that we know everything we need to bring with us the night of the event, provide upbeat music matching the theme and tone of our event, and are unobtrusive onsight. You don't know that they are there - you just know that you don't have to worry about anything. We are grateful to EEP events for their support of our fundraising event and for the expertise they offer in making sure our night is stress-free and successful!

Jimmy was fantastic to work with on our event with 400 plus people. The sound and production were the best we have had in six years of hosting this event. Jimmy was easy to work with throughout the process and handled the role of voice of God incredibly well during the event while managing transition of camera, slides and sound at the same time. Our event had several changes in logistics leading up to the event date. Jimmy was very patient with us and accommodated all of our questions/changes. On the day of the event, we had several hiccups at the venue due to bad weather. Although these issues were beyond everyone's control, Jimmy did everything he could to be helpful and to ensure that the sound/volume for our event was of good quality. As an event planning consultant, I have had the pleasure of working with Jimmie/EEP Events for the past two years. He and his team are timely, courteous, informative, always willing to help, give advice and be a sounding board for what will work best. The events in which I have worked with EEP were fundraising galas for over 300 people with the need for staging, backdrops, all AV & electrical, numerous people speaking, visual presentations, coordination with an online auction company, lighting, and so much more. Jimmie is knowledgable, patient and helpful. I'd highly recommend working with EEP for all AV needs.

Jimmy was incredible to work with! He made sure to communicate with me throughout the planning process and made us feel so relaxed knowing he knew exactly what we wanted. He was so helpful with suggestions and made sure the reception remained a true party! I'd hire him 1,000 times over!

Review of Leah Economos - Wedding Planner: Where do I begin? We Employed Leah Economos as our wedding planner 10 months before our wedding. At our first meeting, Leah and I immediately hit it off with many common interests and I was highly impressed with her meticulous organization and attention to detail. As our date drew closer we decided to employ EEPs services for the floral, decor, DJ (her husband/partner Jimmy) and lighting. Five weeks out from out wedding date, we had circumstances arise that forced us to change venues for a 200 person wedding in the middle of Atlanta. Leah immediately found multiple options that met our specifications at the last minute. Within 5 days we were out of our previous contract, toured the other venue options, and re-signed at the Intercontinental in Buckhead. Without Leah, there was NO WAY we could have tackled this ourselves. Once the venue hiccup was out of the way, Leah helped cull and and realise the vision of the organic, “bring-the-outside-in” wedding I had in mind. Through her floral services and floral wizard Carla, we came up with the perfect bouquet and tablescapes that wow’ed all my guests (including those who were florists themselves). Throughout the wedding and in the weeks leading up to it, Leah’s attention to detail was unsurpassed. By the time the actual wedding came along I was completely stress-free because I knew we had taken care of any possible detail, and were any possible issue to arise, she had very capable hands of managing it (Even an impending hurricane didn’t worry me!). On the florals and tablescaping: Carla and Leah brought to life exactly what I envisioned. My bouquet was stunning and rose-free as requested. The tablescapes perfectly encaptured out Outside theme while remaining classy and not over-whelming the ballroom. I could not have accomplished a quarter of our wedding without Leah’s guidance. To any bride out there call and book her as quickly as possible!!! Review of Jimmy Economos - DJ: We hired Jimmy as our DJ. As part of the complete EEP Events package after hiring Leah (his wife) as our coordinator. This was a perfect set-up because it minimized the number of vendors we had and we were constantly communicating with Leah. Jimmy was fantastic, we hired him for lighting, MC, ceremony music, and reception DJ. Jimmy did an amazing job DJing the ceremony, we had a number of unconventional requests for our processionals which required the songs to be sliced and diced in order to work. He did all the editing prior to the ceremony and it went off without a hitch! In the ballroom for the reception his Pipe and Drape facade for the DJ stand was very elegant and classy, and covered up some of the less than attractive galley doors in the ballroom. Additionally he set up an accent lighting that projected forest leaves onto the wall that really completed the look. For the reception we provided a basic list of Do Not Plays and let him do his magic. By the second song of the night everyone was dancing and not a single able-bodied person was in their seat the rest of the night! I was told multiple times by relatives of all ages how great the music was and that they had the most amazing time! I highly recommend Jimmy as a truly Professional DJ for any event, especially your wedding.
